BBQ COOK-OFF RULES
BBQ set-up/start will open 7:30am Saturday April 13th, 2024.

Meat/icechests/coolers will be inspected before BBQ begins.  

Meats:

• Tri-tip

• Ribs

• Chicken

5 judge panel.

Judge times: Chicken 1pm, Tri-tip 1:45pm, Ribs 2:30pm

Standard Presentation Box will be provided.  

No sales by competitors will be allowed.
