BBQ COOK-OFF RULES
BBQ set-up/start will open 7:30am Saturday April 12th, 2025.

Meat/icechests/coolers will be inspected before BBQ begins.  No pre seasoning/marinade allowed.

Meats:

  • Tri-tip

  • Ribs (any style or species)

  • Chicken

5 judge panel.

Judge times: Chicken 1pm, Tri-tip 1:45pm, Ribs 2:30pm

Standard Presentation Box will be provided.  

No sales to the public by competitors will be allowed.
